CIAL was incorporated on February 26, 1988 and subsequently became a public limited company under the name of Corporate Ispat Alloys Limited with effect from February 18, 1993. The main object of the company is to carry on the business of manufacturers of iron, steel, alloy steel, mild steel, carbon steel, forging steel and all other types of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and products thereof and as re-rollers, fabricators.
Presently, CIAL has an installed capacity of 100,000 TPA for processing and extraction of iron from the Scrap and 58,350 TPA of Ferro Alloys. CIAL has also recently commissioned a 25MW coal based Power Plant in Durgapur, West Bengal. |

AIL was incorporated on July 19, 1984 as Abhijeet Iron Processors Pvt. Ltd. Its name was changed to Abhijeet Infrastructure Private Limited on December 31, 2001. On Jully 24, 2004, AIL was converted to a Public Limited company. The company was involved in manufacturing of sponge iron (DRI) and generation of power which have since been demerged under a scheme of demerger of the facilities in Raipur. |

The company was incorporated in Jun 6, 2001 to take up the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) project (NH-4) from 29.5 Km to 62 Km (Neelamangala-Tumkur section), on BOT Basis. The company completed the construction 6 months ahead of its schedule and started toll collection in the month of February 2004. The concession period granted by NHAI is up to July 2021. The Group has securitized the deferred toll receivables of next 11 years and has mopped an excess fund of about Rs. 61.00 Crores. |

JAIPL was incorporated on November 03, 1998. JAIPL took up the Construction of Bridge over River Wainganga on BOT basis on NH-7 in Bhandara District in Maharashtra State. JAIPL completed the construction of the Bridge and the same was opened for traffic on March 03, 2001. According to the Terms of Concession Agreement JAIPL is entitled to of collection of Fees during the period up to February 11, 2018. The Group has securitized the deferred toll receivables in 2005-06 and has mopped an excess fund of about Rs. 43 Crores. |
